We are now open for the 2013 season! We opened mid January and are so grateful for ALL of our new and return customers.  As of now we are open 5-9 on fridays, 12-9 on Saturdays, and 12-6 on Sundays.  Or until we sell out.  We can cater your company party or your backyard boil.  Just give us a call!  281-257-9988

Happy May

May is here which means there are not many weekends left in this crawfish season.  We are still super busy with a line of cars on the side of the road just waiting to get there hands on some yummy crustaceans.  We have had some spectacular reviews on YELP and love seeing that people like our mudbugs as much as we do.  Our customers are our best advertisement!  They tell their friends about us who in turn tell their friends and it goes on and on.  Word of mouth is our best advertisement and it is all because of our awesome satisfied customers.  We are so blessed to have great workers too who work their behinds off every weekend to please everyone.

Good Friday

If you are wanting LIVE crawfish or large boiled orders for Good Friday weekend you should get on our reserve list NOW!  Otherwise it will be first come first serve on Live.  We will have plenty of Crawfish this weekend but Live sacks go fast so call us today to reserve your sacks!


We are looking into expansion for next year and have been thinking of opening up during the week like Wednesday-Sunday, adding permanent seating, and upgrading our boiling pots and etc.  This is an exciting idea for us and we will make decisions as the time permits.


We have been selling out every weekend.  While this is good so we don't have leftovers it is also frustrating to our customers.  Believe us when we say we order double the amount that we sold the previous weekend in hopes to stay open all day Sunday and somehow still sell out.  This past weekend was the busiest one we have ever had. 
We are getting lots of catering events on site and off site so it keeps the hut VERY busy.


We are so thankful for our new and old customers.  Also our hard working boys that bust their tail every weekend.  We strive on personal customer service but sometimes we are just too busy to chat so please understand but also let us know if we have fallen short on anything.

March Madness

March has been crazy already!  The crawfish are big and flying out the hut.  We have been super busy and we LOVE all our customers.
Live sacks need to be reserved by Thursday Mornings.

Great weekends!

We have been slammed these past weekends and Loving seeing all the new faces along with our loyal customers.  It is so nice getting on a personal level with some of you.  The catch was short last weekend so we sold out early but hope that the supply will be up this weekend.
Remember if you want live crawfish you should preorder by Wednesday
AND if you want a large order (20lbs or more ) boiled please PLEASE call ahead 30 minutes so that we will have it ready for you and you wont have to wait as long.  Thanks!

Boiling

This is our second weekend open for the season and the bugs have been 'a boiling!  The size has been better then expected and the shells are still soft so they are soaking up the flavor.  Yum Yum!  We have been selling lots of Live sacks and Lots of backyard specials which includes 25 pounds, 15 potatoes and 10 corn.  Its by far the best deal.  Hope to see yall out at the hut soon!
We also have tables we will be permanently putting outside for those of you who prefer to eat at the hut.  Until then just ask us to pull out a table for you until we get around to the new ones.
