2010 Season

It has been FOREVER since I updated the website and for that I apologize.  Not much has been going on with The crawfish hut though.  We are brainstorming about adding on seating area out front along with a bathroom.  We want to expand a little but not too much ya know?  We are praying that this winter is better to us than last years and makes for a better crawfish season then last.  If all goes well then we should open towards the end of January.  We look forward to seeing all our regulars soon!  Happy Holidays
